Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trado’s platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Trado provides a specialized digital infrastructure for international trade. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these conditions.

2. Services Overview

Our platform facilitates product discovery, verified listings, and logistics coordination. We simplify global commerce by connecting exporters and importers through a unified digital platform.

3. Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials from unauthorized access.

4. Listing & Verification

Exporters are required to list verified products only. Trado reserves the right to audit and remove any listings that do not comply with our quality standards or manufacturer data requirements.

5. Global Trade Compliance

All participants must ensure their activities comply with relevant international trade laws, export controls, and sanctions. Documentation and regulatory monitoring are integrated to support this transparency.

6. Transaction Protocol

Negotiations and finalized agreements are managed through our structured framework. Both parties are responsible for the execution of trade agreements finalized on the platform.

7. Fees & Marketplace Charges

Service fees for subscription tiers, listing placement, or transaction facilitation will be clearly disclosed. Payments must be settled according to the agreed schedule and billing terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, or the injection of malicious code. We strictly forbid any attempt to bypass our security systems or verified manufacture data protocols.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Trado platform, including its software, logos, and original content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain rights only to their uploaded product data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trado acts as a facilitator and shall not be held liable for losses resulting from trade disputes, logistics delays, or external market fluctuations beyond our digital control.

11. Data Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We handle all trade-related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and global data protection regulations to ensure secure cross-border information flow.

12. Modification of Terms

Trado reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

13. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Trado services shall be resolved through arbitration in Anantapur before seeking court intervention.
